The App collects precise location data, including while the App is closed or not in use (background location). Location is used to verify that employees are present at their assigned job sites and to automatically clock employees out when they travel more than two miles away from a job site. Background location is collected only while an employee is clocked in, and collection stops when the employee clocks out. This data is used solely for attendance and timekeeping and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
The App accesses the device camera and photo library to capture PPE (personal protective equipment) verification photos and daily work-progress photos. These images are stored securely and used only for workplace-safety compliance and job documentation.
